SABMiller India launches 'Brew -a- Career' case study competition

A national level business case study competition for future leaders
Delhi, August, 2014: SABMiller India, the Indian arm of the world's second largest brewer SABMiller plc, launched a national business case study competition 'Brew-a-Career' at India's leading business schools. The case study is a prestigious opportunity for the right innovative and creative minds that enjoy the challenge of succeeding in a demanding regulatory market and in future be groomed as the leaders of this organization.

The business case study is based on some actual challenges that businesses face in today's environment and evaluate students for their analytical abilities, problem solving skills and the ability to function in a highly regulated environment. This national case study competition will invite the winning teams from various campuses for the national level competition, where they will present to an esteemed jury comprising of SABMiller India's senior management. The final winners will get a two months summer internship interview offer at SABMiller India, prize money worth Rs. 1,00,000 and an opportunity to experience the business across different functions. The first runners up will receive prize money worth Rs. 25,000 along with appreciation certificates and company goodies.

Similar to the other countries where we operate in, we aim to become an employer of choice for the Talent pool in India. As a step towards that, we are delighted to have launched this case study competition for management students across India to kindle their thought process and partner with them in our journey of building the talent pipeline.
